How can I block Cookies / Third Party Codes automatically?

Unfortunately no CMP or other tool can proactively do this for you by itself and just block third party codes due to the limitations of HTML and JavaScript. There are some tools that try to block codes, but these are very error-prone. If you want to block cookies and third party codes you can do so by going one of the these ways with our CMP:

  1. If you are using a Tag Manager (e.g. Google or Adobe or similar), you can setup the tagmanager in order to only show the code if consent is present. See Section on using Tag Managers with our CMP and how this is done.

  2. If you are not using a Tag Manager, you will need to change the existing codes in your website in order for the CMP to allow blocking them. See Section on AdBlocking in order to understand how this is done.

  3. If you only work with Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Google AdManager/DFP or GTP, you can use our CMPs event feature in order to work with this. See Section on Google AdSense for this.
