How can I update my invoicing information?

Need to make some changes to your company information like address, or VAT number? You’re in the right place. Let’s take a look at how you can do this on your consentmanager interface.

How to access your Account page

  • Log into your consentmanager account and access your dashboard;
  • Go to the blue sidebar (on the left side) and click on the “Account” icon at the bottom left;
  • You've arrived at the Account section, where you can update your invoicing information.

How to add a purchase order number

Your accounting team wants to input a purchase order number to better manage and track consentmanager purchases? No problem! Here’s how:

  • Once in your Account page (see above), click the pencil icon in the “Account databox;

  • Insert your PO number in the “Purchase order number” field;
  • You can also insert a different email address where you would like to receive all your invoices;
  • Make sure to hit “Save changes” in the bottom right!

How to update company information: name, address, VAT

  • Still within your Account page (see above), click the pencil icon in the “Companybox;

  • You’ll be able to edit all the fields that you need, including company name, address, and VAT number. Don’t forget to hit “Save changes” at the bottom left when you’re done!

Please note: The changes made will be applied to all future invoices. If you need to have some information updated on some old invoices, please contact our support team here and they’ll be happy to help you with that.
